A beautiful day for our Grand Opening.
Today we celebrated the opening of Bliss Gourmet Bakery, our first flagship bakery here in Winnipeg.
We were honoured to welcome MP Terry Duguid, Minister Malaya Marcelino, and Mayor Scott Gillingham, along with our partners, friends, and many wonderful guests from the community who joined us for this special moment.
From a small bakery inspired by traditional Italian recipes to cookies now enjoyed across Manitoba, Alberta, BC, and Ontario, this journey has been made possible by the incredible support of our community.
